Have you ever laid eyes on a dreamier location?! The Don Cesar Hotel on St. Pete Beach is one of my favorite places, and I loved blending in with this adorable pastel dress from Ship Chic. We had such a fun day playing in this perfect pink palace, followed by cocktails and dinner on the beach. The epitome of roaring 20s elegance, this palatial property’s many tiers and icing-like architectural flourishes have earned it the affectionate nickname “the Pink Palace.” The service is amazing, and did I mention it is set right on St. Pete Beach where you can witness the prettiest Florida sunsets. The Don is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, date night, girls night, mother daughter trip, bachelorette party – You name it! I just wish I could set up permanent residence and move in already! Are there any other pink hotels I need to know about?! Definitely add this one to your list, and let me know if you plan to make the trip!
You may have noticed I have been wearing a lot of Tori Richard lately. They are one of my new favorite brands, and you can find all the colorful greatness at Ship Chic boutique in Tampa (or online – Use the code “happy15” for %15 off your order). This fun tropical line is based in Hawaii, and they are known for their one of a kind prints and comfortable fabrics. I could wear their pieces everyday because they are so breezy and lightweight. The name of this print is actually called “Bay Breeze” – how appropriate! Their Fall line is coming soon, and there are so many cute pieces calling my name. I am all for anything that is colorful, easy to pack and doesn’t wrinkle. Do you have any favorite brands that you gravitate towards? Tell me in the comments below!
I hope you are having a happy Sunday where you are. Michael and I were so happy to have a weekend at home, and I’m still working on trying to get our house back in order after that meanie Irma made us evacuate. I will never take my home for granted again, and I’ll also never take a Hurricane lightly for as long as I live! Check out my sweet friend Sarah Tucker’s post for some great lessons learned and ways to help Irma victims. I also put together a post about it if you’d like to check it out here.
